High temperature copper grease

APPLICATION

Resists salt corrosion, water and steam. Does not dry or evaporate. Reduces wear and friction of metallic parts by placing a neutral film between two different types of metal. Heat-resistant up to 1,100°C

Use for mechanics: mounting shafts and bearings, construction of pneumatic equipment and concrete pumps; for automotive: tailpipe, sump and cylinder head gaskets.

RECOMMENDED FOR

• Electric equipment,
• screwed assemblies, nuts and bolts, steam joints, cable glands, mechanical parts,
• welding machine bearings, high-temperature valves, foundry ejectors, easy opening steel ladle nozzles, rotary nozzles and sliding gates in steelworks, aluminum extrusion (start before refractory coating), Zamak mold release,
• furnace hinges, power transmissions (hot chains), lubricating cables.
• Glass industry, brickyards, mounting turbine pins.
  

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Shake well until you hear the ball bearing clearly to mix the product before use. Spread in threads with a brush.

Touch-dry: several minutes
Hardens: 12 hours
